Who We Are
Modicum Planning was set up in 2015 by Rachel Hogger and is based in Cambridgeshire.
Rachel specialises in capacity building within communities; she is also an experienced policy planner and has a background in strategic environmental assessment (SEA).
Rachel became active in supporting communities in the planning process in July 2013 when she started work with Planning Aid England, as the Neighbourhood Planning Advisor for the East of England Region. Since then she has delivered neighbourhood planning support to many communities in the East of England as well as parts of the South East and East Midlands.
Rachel has been a chartered town planner since 2003.
